Choose joy via nadinewouldsay

The people you know who seem a bit dreary might simply need a bit of a push towards joy.

In education, we talk about all sorts of theories of learning and I tend to lean towards the idea of modelling. When adults do things, children notice. They pay attention and learn simply by observation.

And I think that continues into adulthood.

I've been told that I'm a ray of sunshine. To me that makes me chuckle because I'm just being me. I'm not usually attempting to be something cheerful. I'm just myself.

The way we LIVE will affect others.

Every day a choice has to be made. Will I be a light or not? Will I speak life into everyone I encounter or will I not? Will I live out love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control or will I not?

Every single day a simple choice is made: will I love everyone or will I not?

P.S. Everyone means everyone.

It's simple.

It's not necessarily easy but it is necessary.

Noticers are sparks that light others up!

Also? Sometimes I'm grumpy and unkind. But can I be honest? I am intentional to live a life where those two words are not easy descriptors for me.

Joy is a choice. And it's a good choice.

Joy is a spark that can change the atmosphere.

Are you a Noticer? I hope so!

What can you do today to spark some joy into the lives of the people around you?
