It truly is the kindness of God that leads me to repentance. Sometimes it is a slow whisper in a frantic moment calming me down to see that my working faster isn't solving anything. I can repent of my worry and believe He will provide enough minutes for the day. I can lay down my stubbornness and unrepentant heart and receive mercy in that moment of need.
Maybe this sounds too good to be true. Thank God it is this good and fully true!
God is always for us worshiping Him more and more, and holding onto our fears less and less until the only thing we know is Him!
Come Lord Jesus. Let it happen.
As it is, I rejoice, not because you were grieved, but because you were grieved into repenting. For you felt a godly grief, so that you suffered no loss through us. For godly grief produces a repentance that leads to salvation without regret, whereas worldly grief produces death.
